Our beautiful wax Communion candle lanterns come in white with pink writing for girls and blue writing for boys and are 10 cm wide by 9 cm high. Because our lanterns are lit from the inside using battery operated lights, which are supplied (there is no wick) they last forever, hence the name 'forever candles'.
 
The verse on the front reads:
A little light to celebrate your first  holy communion.
May the Lord give His angel charge over you, to guide you in all your ways. Psalm 91:11
 
There are two choices of prayers for the back, the our Father in irish or an irish blessing:
